200kV Lightning Impulse Voltage Generator Test System
Product Description
The 200kV Lightning Impulse Voltage Generator Test System is designed for full-wave lightning impulse voltage tests on electrical products rated 10kV and below. It is also suitable for impulse withstand tests on porcelain insulators, glass insulators, composite silicone rubber insulators, synthetic insulating materials, and other electrical products.
Product Features
Compact Structure
The main circuit design is based on the Swiss HAEFELY SGSC series, providing a compact overall structure.
Precise Ball Gap Adjustment
The low-speed gear-and-rack transmission mechanism adjusts the ball gaps at one revolution per minute, providing quiet operation, low wear, and accurate positioning.
Reliable Waveform Adjustment
The spring-contact fixing mechanism allows convenient installation and removal of wave-shaping resistors, ensuring reliable electrical contact and smooth output waveforms.
Reliable Triggering
The pulse amplifier works with the control system to provide a triggering range exceeding 20%. The synchronous ball gap has no polarity effect and does not require triggering on both sides.
Dry-Type Main Capacitors
Each main capacitor has a capacitance of 1.0 ± 0.05 μF and a DC operating voltage of ±100 kV. The capacitors feature low inherent inductance, lightweight construction, and dry-type insulation without oil leakage.
Automatic Control and Protection
The control system supports manual, fully automatic, and programmed control. Two-core optical fiber communication reduces electromagnetic interference. The system includes charging abnormality protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and grounding interlock protection.
