SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System
The SXDJ Motor Comprehensive Test System is designed for comprehensive testing of AC motors, DC motors and variable-frequency motors. It can be used for both factory inspection and testing after motor repair. The applicable motor capacity is 0–10,000 kW, with voltage levels from 0 to 10 kV. By integrating power supply, control, measurement and data processing functions, the system provides a centralized platform for different motor test requirements.
Testing Functions
The system covers a range of electrical and operating tests. For motor electrical characteristics, it provides cold resistance measurement, no-load loss and no-load current measurement, as well as three-phase or single-phase voltage and average voltage measurement. Insulation-related testing includes inter-turn withstand voltage testing and power-frequency withstand voltage testing for high- and low-voltage motors, together with insulation resistance measurement.
The available measurement and performance tests also include vibration measurement, temperature measurement, temperature-rise testing and load testing.
